Vintage 80s The Cult Electric T-Shirt. Single stitch shirt in distressed condition. Shirt has faded, been cropped at waist (several inches cut off of length) and has a couple holes. Size/brand/material tag too faded to read. Please refer to measurements for proper fit.
The Cult released Electric in 1987. It peaked at number four in the UK and spent a total of 27 weeks on the chart (the most successful run for an album by The Cult). “Love Removal Machine” is the first single released from the album. On the US tour for Electric the then-unknown band Guns N Roses opened for The Cult. At the end of the tour the Electric album had been certified Gold in the UK, and sold roughly 3 million copies worldwide.
